With over 2 decades of experience, Ryan’s education and work experience in the field has allowed him to build a solid foundation within the HVAC industry. With this experience along with Ryan’s commitment, passion and patience followed with exceptional troubleshooting skills and understanding of clients’ needs he delivers honest and cost effective service to meet their budget.
Ryan is well experienced on the Vertiv, Mitsubishi, Daikin VRF & McQuay product lines as well as many other brands. Ryan has acquired a solid technical platform to dissect problems and get to the root of the issue and provide timely solutions.His character to lead by example inspires, as he trains, mentors and builds confidence within his team of technicians. With great leadership qualities Ryan has excelled as a project manager and is a force within the installation division.

Mike’s career spans over 20 years in the HVAC/R industry. His journey began as a summer student for his father’s mechanical business proceeded by the HVAC/R program at Fanshawe College. Upon graduating from the college program, his professional career started out with a local 787 service technician position which eventually led to being a field supervisor. Over the years he moved into a service & maintenance manager role followed by his current senior management/partner role at DX Systems Solutions Inc.
His mechanical aptitude combined with a commitment to customer service and satisfaction has made him a natural fit in his current role in our company
Mike’s diverse skill set and overall knowledge of the mechanical and HVAC/R industry allows him to interact and assist with all our customers needs and requirements.
He has experience working with many different types of equipment but he excels in dealing with the equipment typically found in server room, data centre facilities, institutional facilities and commercial retrofit projects.
